Prompt Generator, Prompt Checker, Guided Fix, and Use in Your AI are designed to process prompt text in the browser. Prompt text is not intentionally sent to the site server, stored in a database, placed in a URL, written to browser persistent storage, or included in analytics events.
Copying a prompt into ChatGPT or another third-party AI service is a separate action performed by the user and is governed by that provider's terms and privacy practices.
Information handled by the site
- Contact messages: if you email the operator, the email address and message content are used to review and respond to the request.
- Theme preference: the site uses a cookie and local storage entry named
aiprompttool.theme.v1to remember System, Light, or Dark mode. The cookie can remain for up to one year, and the browser storage remains until it is changed or cleared. - Technical delivery data: hosting and security infrastructure may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamps, and security events to deliver and protect the site.
Analytics and advertising
As of the effective date, Google Analytics 4 and Google AdSense are disabled. The site does not load analytics or advertising cookies, advertising scripts, or advertising slots.
If analytics or advertising is introduced, this policy and the consent interface will be updated before optional analytics or advertising storage is activated. Prompt text will remain excluded from analytics events.
Purposes and retention
Information is handled only to deliver and secure the site, remember a selected theme, respond to messages, comply with legal obligations, and investigate abuse or security incidents. Contact messages and related records are deleted or anonymized when they are no longer reasonably needed for those purposes, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
Sharing and service providers
Personal information is not sold. Limited technical or contact data may be processed by providers that support hosting, security, email, or site operations. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect legal rights, or to investigate misuse or a security incident.
Your choices and rights
You can clear the theme cookie and local storage through your browser. You may contact the operator to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other rights available under applicable law. The operator may request reasonable information to verify the request.
Security
The site uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit sensitive or confidential information through ordinary email.
